SERVICE FEES AND FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Minimum Qty is 6 pieces.
- Pricing per Garment, Per Print Location.
- Add a small print location (Front Left Chest and Outside of the Back of neck) 50% off prices above.
- Label Size Imprint 1 color print for $2 each Minimum Quantity 24pcs. (Small Thru 3XL)
- Dark garments may require and Underbase. Underbase is priced as an additional color.
- Screen Printing uses one screen for each color in each design being printed. The Service Fee for the First screen is $15 and each additional screen is $10 ea.
- We do not hold any screens. Service Fee is good for 6 Month only.
- Standard maximum imprint area up to 11×17, Extra Charge for Jumbo Prints (12×18 to 15×20) / Contact us for quote.
- Thicker garments such as fleece and outerwear require more time and materials on press and will be charged and additional $1 per garment.
- Artwork must be provided print ready. Vector EPS/AI/PDF (If your artwork is not print ready, there will be additional charge if we convert any artwork. Contact us for quote)
- Mix and Match Garment Types, print size/locations must be the same on all garments within an order.
- Ink Colors must stay the same within an order to avoid wash out fees. Add $10 per ink color wash out.
- 100% Total Balance must paid for all Print Only Jobs.
- 50% Deposit required on all orders to cover the cost of garments. Balance due upon completion at time of delivery.
- Standard lead-time is 5-10 business days from approval of artwork, acceptance of estimate and receipt of deposit.
- Rush printing is available at times at additional cost.
- Specialty Inks such as glitter and metallic may increase print cost. Contact us for a quote.
- Pan-tone matching can increase print cost. Contact us for quote.
- The pricing breakdowns listed above represent our most common order sizes. We are happy to work with you on orders of more than 1000+ shirts. Just ask us for custom pricing on larger orders!
- Customer supplied garments will require two additional garment as a test print for ink, temp and fabric compatibility.

an order that have been accepted by HG Graphic & Printing.
